	NOTEworthy NOTEworthy is Theatre of NOTE's staged reading series, established to foster relationships with playwrights as they develop new works. The playwrights chosen for this series will attend a staged reading of their works-in-progress and participate in a talkback with the cast and audience, giving the playwright an opportunity to make revisions based on this feedback. This is your chance to be an active participant in the playwriting process! Past NOTEworthy readings have included: Red Light, Green Light * by Erik Patterson, Zeppelin ! by Bill Robens , Lydia in Bed * by Phinneas Kiyomura, And the Two Romeos by Jennifer Maisel, Dirt by Alex Dremann, Brandohead * by Chris Danowski and Film * by Pat McGowan. * Plays that went on to become part of a NOTE mainstage season. Get Involved with NOTEworthy Submission information for the 2009 NOTEworthy season: NOTE is currently accepting submissions for the 2009 NOTEworthy staged reading series. Submissions may be sent to or delivered to the theatre care of "NOTEworthy." Plays should be complete works in development for the stage, not previously produced, and on which the writer is still planning to make revisions.	Current Project
	Young Writers Project YWP, NOTE's outreach program featuring original work from young LA playwrights, returns to the NOTE stage March 20, 21, 27, 28 @ 11am. Admission is free, but donations for the program are greatly appreciated! The YWP is made possible in part by a generous grant from the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce Community Foundation which provides grants to deserving community organizations that are working to improve Hollywood. The Young Writers Project is a seven-year old artistic community outreach project produced for Theatre of NOTE by Jonathan Klein. Each year four high schools are chosen to participate in a workshop-based writing experiment that culminates in the staged production of four short plays, one play representing each school. This 2010 season will be representing young writers from Newport Harbor, Long Beach Poly, West Adams Prep, and the Windward School. This years plays are: THE END by Emmalyn Jouglet; THE RABID MAN by Eric Brewster; SO, THERE'S THIS GUY...(Women Talking) by Samantha Liberman; NO WAY OUT by Edgar Ceniceros and FAITH by Hannah Grace Whitfield. The fully staged productions will be presented at Theatre of NOTE in Hollywood in March of 2010. Y	Current Project
