WORLD PREMIERE

Kill Shelter

Previews August 17 – 20, 2023

August 24 – October 1, 2023

Written by Ashley Rose Wellman

Directed by Shaina Rosenthal

Kill Shelter is a heartfelt relationship drama driven by humor and empathy, and lifted into another world with theatrical magic and puppets. This is a play about weird compassion, questionable decisions, the gray areas of love, and choice.

Trigger warning: This play deals with themes of abortion, and the depiction of animal euthanasia, and its content may be upsetting to some viewers.

Please be advised that Kill Shelter is double cast – if you’re looking to support a particular artist, please make sure that the date you select includes them in the cast! (Casts are subject to change, according to actor availability).

Location: 1517 N Cahuenga Blvd, Los Angeles, CA

Dates: August 17-20 (Previews), August 24-October 1, 2023
